La Shante a unique island getaway located 12
miles east of Georgetown standing proudly on
Forbes Hill, it overlooks a private beach with
breathtakingly beautiful turqoise waters of the
Bahamas.

Cub
La Shante guest rooms are large, bright and
attractive. They feature satellite television
and air conditioning.

delicious lunch is served daily and includes a
menu of seafood, sandwiches and appetizers.
Guests can also enjoy breakfast and dinner upon
request. The open air bar is a festive place to
gather with friends, old and new.
Dwight Brice, the owner, is a native of Forbes
Hill and makes sure that all of his guests have
an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Stocking Island:
Hamburger Beach, take the boat at Club Peace &
Plenty at either 10 am or 1.00pm, returning at
3.00 pm. Return trip US $8.00.
Stocking Island:
Chat & Chill, call the water taxi on VHF.
Drive to Williams Town, on Little Exuma to visit
the
old cotton plantation, or stop by the Tropic of
Cancer beach, or drive down to Barraterre,
visiting local spots on the way
